The 12th Edition of Customer Loyalty Summit has announced juries for the 2019 Customer Loyalty Awards. Strategic Caravan International Private Limited has two representatives on the jury.
Mala Raj, Consulting Partner, Strategic Caravan, will serve on the Best Customer Service Initiative, Best Digital Customer Experience Initiative and Best Use of Insights to Enhance Customer Experience jury.
N Ram, Consulting Partner, Strategic Caravan, will serve on the Most Innovative Loyalty Program of the Year and Best Use of Data Analytics in Business Intelligence jury.
The awards will be announced on 5th February 2019 in Mumbai.
